Yep, that is true.  If we had scored on the INT return, game over. Since it
wasn't a score but a change of possession, all possessions in college OT
start at the 25.  At the beginning of OT they flip a coin, winner gets to
pick whether they want to be on offense or defense first.  Usually they will
pick defense first, that way you know if you have to go for it on 4th down
if the other team has already scored a TD.
 
In each subsequent OT period, the possessions alternate, so since we were on
D first, we woul the be Offense first in the 2nd OT, they don't re-flip the
coin.

I watched the Georgia overtime game again.  I believe they said that since
we intercepted the ball in overtime, we would get the ball back at the 25
(which we did), but then we get the ball again, whether we score or not. Is
this true?  And then what?
