Last summer when I was down, my buddy and I made about six or eight different versions of smoked mullet dip. The base did was mullet and cream cheese. We added in one version or another:
Dash of habanera sauce A little rice wine Sesame seed oil A little minced onion A little to a lot of minced garlic Harry and David's Onion-Pepper relish I probably left off some of the ingredients to our various attempts at perfection.
