ROFL! that was good :) Yes.. there is a statute... as I recall from an ESPN thingy... anything greater than 4 years cant be investigated... for instance.. the Reggie Bush thing started before he was barely in the NFL so the investigation already had started... but there was another player 14 years removed from USC-west that admitted to taking cash... not investigatable... those auburn players that came out about their rewards... nope.. not investigatable either.
