When sitting on a scooter and standing up to face someone speaking to you (or 
arresting you), I think that standing and facing the person speaking to be 
proper conduct. Calling it by some undefined term and using that as a basis for 
a charge of resisting arrest? Come on. Was <<thfgt>> an issue here?

I can't even find a definition for "squaring up." I think it is a quilting term.
