I feel good about our chances because of one of the 'unknowns' of this team in
the pre-season: the offensive line.  I felt that they would do well, and they
have.  I'd rank them among the best in the NCAA right now.  They have really
got
the job done for the Gators in the first 4 games.  I don't expect them to stop
performing in this game.

Subject: Re: [gatortalk] Sinfully easy schedule...

well... the biggest reason Bama is (rightfully) getting all the  love is
because
they have more experience, better depth, etc than the Gators do.    And
remember... ppl, especially the media, will not forget what happened last year.
Major super hangover that no amount of aleve could get rid of... UNTIL Florida
proves they can play and beat the best of them (again).  They have that chance
to do so tomorrow night.

I am perfectly fine with who we have played so far and how we have handled
them... are we perfect?  no.. but we look a HELLUVA lot better than we did last
year and.. admittedly... alot better than I thought we'd look this year.

But now we have the valium portion of our schedule starting tomorrow...
Gonna be interesting to see how these boys get through it.

I am so tired of hearing that this week. (See quote.) So who has Bama played?
Are they really saying that Kent State and North Texas are more of a test than
FAU and UAB? Really? They think we might have been more challenged by North
Texas?

Of course, UF’s defensive numbers have been padded by a sinfully easy schedule
to begin the season.
