Carolina's still in the "we're fortunate to have SOS" mode. He's not
expected to compete for the MNC every year. That's certainly a lot easier
on him. There's a good argument that Gator fans ran him off. I think he
said 9-2 was a failure at Florida. But at Carolina it's Happy Days. I
agree: he would choose Carolina.

I think he would choose SCar actually. I think he likes building programs
from scratch (for the most part).

Since we're talking about SOS today, not SOS circa 1990, I'll stick with

(Hijack alert): I wonder if someone were to poll SOS today, and let him
choose as to whether he'd prefer to be the Gators' or Gamecocks' (or any
other team's) coach, what his choice would be?

So yesterday afternoon on the drive home, Chuck and Chernoff on 680 the Fan,
asked various fan bases about their who they would rather have as a coach.
They led with "would you rather have Kiffen right now or Derek Dooley"

Then they got to the Gators. They actually gave us two choices.

Would you take Spurrier or Meyer back today over Muschamp?

I tweeted to the show and said no. Id stick with Must-Chomp. I dont want
any quitter back.

Now that is not to say I dont appreciate what either Spurrier or Urban did
for Florida. Thats not what this is about. This about who WANTS to be the
coach at Florida. Both left on their own devices. They would never had
quit and gone to take a job elsewhere if they wanted to be the coach at
Florida.

So this weeks poll is... Who would you choose?
