Why would UF handcuff themselves like this?  Are we scared of giving an edge to 
the Pound Puppies?  The athletic budget isn't enough to get a recruit all the 
way to Jax?  I just don't understand why UF would voluntarily do this?  Can 
someone explain this to me?
