well the common thread is.. in most cases there is improvement the second year. Some just get luckier (Urban - Say what you will about Zook.. he could recruit) with what they inherit than others (Must-Chomp). Even Stoopsie didnt exactly walk into a mess which is how he was able to win so quickly/easily.
Heres a prediction for you... Urban will never win a NC at OSU. Might be in the game.. but will not win. And he will not have a winning record vs Michigan either.
