Also, whether the phrase is from an internet meme (a faked video, where a reporter supposedly says it on-air by accident) or not, you'd think maybe he wouldn't shout the phrase while perching atop a chair at the Student Union in the middle of the daytime. Especially when said phrase takes a whole extra level of bad taste in light of a rape investigation.
