It was shocking news of yet another brutality. Let's try to find solutions.
1. Take your friend to a doctor and get a prescription saying he is in a shock
state and not well.
2. Go to Matunga P.S and lodge an abduction FIR against the boy who called your
friend.
3. Send a copy of the FIR or a statement to the press as release ( if not
change identity and write in the editor's coloumn).
4. Let us know the outcome.
