I confirm!I would be coming for the parents meet along with my mom, sister, aunt and professor. I was there last year with my mom. excerpt from sachin's report: ""I suspected he was homosexual. Of late he was too attached to the internet. Later he came but I had already guessed. My husband doesn't know and I don't think he will be very accepting either. We live in a joint family. In our caste also acceptance is difficult"is what my mom said a year back. a year later, I have surprised myself, by coming out to all the members of my extended family, my colleugues, my friends.. every one know about my sexuality. This GB meet was a turning point. My mom got an opportunity to meet, P's mom, H's Mom, Boyfriend and Sis, and when she saw that homosexuality was well more than having some sexual thrills, she understood me well. She didnt tell me often "boy I support you" But the look on her face was enough for me to understand that she has no questions in her mind that were raging a battle. I have documented my coming out story in my blog. http://wordlyworld.blogspot.com/2008/03/straight-gay-bi-what-fuck-am-i.html Take a peep. Add this event to your must-attend list. Especially for those who are planning to come out. If you miss this one the wait for another one might be long.. may be a year long.... So be there!smiles :-)ahamblog: www.ThePregnantThought.co.cc
