Folks... I thought I had heard it all before! But since the 2nd of July, this is the 3rd time I am hearing this one - and the first time in print. The other variants were: If only the judgement had come a few years ago; Should I have waited a few days before making my decision? This "I got married coz it was criminal to be gay till 2nd of July" definitely tops the others I had heard before: 1. I did it for family reasons 2. I did it due to societal pressure 3. I didn't want to grow old alone / I want someone to take care of me when am old/unwell and my personal favorite 4. I don't cheat with a woman so its really not infidelity
Give it a rest people!!! One makes the best decision one can at the time with the experiences and the best information one has at that time. Now live with the consequences of that decision. Or go ahead and "reverse" that decision. There is no need for excuses - especially laughable ones that are an insult to common sense and intelligence - or make a laughing stock of oneself - even in the virtual world.
