Do you think, this is funny?
I suppose you got the intimation about the refund, by email or on some
online account.

In my case, IT Dept, sent me a NOTICE by SPEED POST (Cost Rs25) as I had
paid Re1 less for that FY.

Though, I dint take any action on that, but as you are a lawyer, I would
like to seek your opinion, if I should SUE the IT Dept to MISUSE the money
of the PUBLIC like this.
I mean, spending Rs25/- to claim Re1, is really ridiculous...
