Curatives to be heard in open court!
Judges accepted our request for an open court hearing of the curatives. There will probably be a date given next week, but after that the recess starts, so then it will continue after. Judges will be Lodha, who is the next CJI, Dattu and Mukhopadhaya (who turned down the review) and Chouhan, the next seniormost (Sathashivan, the current CJI is retiring next week so can't be part of this. But at least he helped us get this!)
