Is it possible to change your EXT IP address to something
higher?  Other than that I don't think this will work
unless you get your ISP to allocate a range of IP
addresses that is more amenable to this type of subnetting.

Is passthrough a requirement for this application?
Would it work to assign the  .124  address to the EXT
as an alias and tunnel it to the host (along with the
corresponding static address mapping so that traffic
from this host is NAT'd to the  .124  address on the
way out).
