I found it. To disable UPNP [via "UnPlug n' Pray" utility or disabling
"Universal Plug and Play Device Host" service] is not enough. To remove
UPNP broadcast from GB-Flash's log I had to disable another WIndows
service - SSDP Discovery Service. System remains stable and it looks
like it works...
