The simplest way is:

* Download and install GB-Light 3.2.3
* Using the web interface, choose  Administration -> Download
  Configuration  to save a copy of your current GNAT Box
  configuration
* Follow the GTA docs to create a floppy with the GNAT Box
  software and a default configuration
* Boot the GNAT Box from the new floppy.  When the GNAT Box
  boots, it will prompt you to run the setup wizard.
  You only need to enter enough information (IP Address,
  Netmask, and Interface) to allow the PRO network to
  operate.
* Use the web interface (remember that the password is back
  to the default!) and choose  Administration -> Upload
  Configuration  to copy your saved configuration to the
  new GNAT Box floppy.
