I have a little confusion about what would happen to my web server if I
disabled the Outbound filter for the PSN. Would it only prevent outbound
requests initiated on my PSN's web server from working, or would it also
prevent the web server from responding to inbound requests?

If it prevents the web server from responding to inbound requests as well,
is there any way to make it so that only outbound connections initiated on
the web server are blocked? I ask this because I don't want any other
administrators here to do anything stupid like using Internet Explorer or
Outlook Express on PSN servers. Plus I was recently at a conference that
suggested blocking outbound connections initiated from a DMZ computer as
much as possible.

I realize I would still have to allow outbound DNS requests.
