GNAT Box Pro Version: 3.1.3s / Intel P166 MMX 64mb ram
Given the amount of ram in the system and that each connection spawns a new process; what would be the upper limit for maximum connections? Does the amount of ram stay the same or can it vary, how much per process? I faintly recall some issues or comments regarding systems with more than 64mb, is this still the case with the version listed above or just under certain conditions? Accept "EXTERNAL" TCP from "ANY_IP" 1024:65535 to "ANY_IP" 25 As you can see I've modified the default rule, is this any better or pointless? Any extra precautions that should or need to be considered? Regarding the MAPS feature, logs indicate when bl.spamcop.net has determined that they should be rejected. I'm informed due to the logs, but is the sender informed as to why they have been rejected? --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To subscribe to the digest version first unsubscribe, then e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Archive of the last 1000 messages: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]
