All, I have a Linux box on the protected network that I would like to connect to another Linux box in our co-loc. Basically this box is a back up to one of the systems there and will allow us to do remote file dumps and remote administration. We are NATed internally using private IP range and I have already configured an alias on my GB-FLash (still on 3.1.3 BTW.)
I was wonder what method would be the best way to handle this configuration securely? I have about a dozen or so TCP ports that are required to pass through and I only want to accept traffic from the IP range at the Co-Loc.
