I have noticed a large increase in SPAM over the past 72 hours.

Most is coming from: bestonthenetdir4u.com

I have blocked their entire IP range on 2 separate occasions (got fed
up).

They keep moving from one ISP to the next.

Now they are on level3

I have reported them to level3 for violation of "acceptable use policy".

Anyone else seeing this trash?

If everyone (network engineers, admins...) follows suit (reporting
SPAM), perhaps SPAM will become a slowly fading memory, rather than a
nightmare.

I know this is not quite the proper forum for this, but, I propose we
all start reporting SPAM on a bi-monthly basis (every other Friday).

It takes about 2 minutes per domain. Select the top 20 from your
bucket...

On a more serious note,

Has anyone figured out a way to resolve my Oracle connectivity problem
yet???

CEO is twisting me like a sheet in the wind on this.

Thanks,
