For starters, as I recall, the flash emulates a hard drive and the PRO utilizes a floppy drive. Different drivers needed in the kernal. And, the packaging of the PRO doesn't include all the function included on the Flash so even if you made a copy, you wouldn't get the expanded function. And your license key won't allow you to make your own bootleg flash. Probably no reason why a flash floppy emulator couldn't be substituted for a physical floppy for the obvious reliability reasons ... if such a beast exists.
