GTA was not "targeted" any more than rr.com or ydyn.com.

All of the email addresses to which this variant of the scam was directed
are publicly available in many places on the web.  Most of them are
available because of posts to public mailing lists, such as this one, with
archives on the web.  You may notice that at least 2 other public
mailing lists were included in the recipient list as well.

I would suggest submiting your data to a SPAM related list, such as
SPAM-L, or a spam related newsgroup such as
news.admin.net-abuse.sightings, where it will be helpful to people who
maintain RBLs oriented toward this type of blocking.
