Though, if he could get the ISP to assign him one more address that is
below the subnet boundry, this might work.

That occurred to me. Yuck...


If the ARP problem is an issue, though, this would still apply.  However,
if he could get the ISP to make a few static arp entries on their end this
might work.....might.
