Stephen,

Make sure that the 'Stealth Mode' option is unchecked in the Preferences
section of Filters.

We had all sorts of issues with VPN access until this option was unchecked.
It
is checked by default.

Regards,
Rab.

Subject: [gb-users] Robox Issue

I currently have a SonicWall, connected to my Mediacom cable modem, at
my home office. I am trying to set up a Robox, so I can VPN into the
corporate network. The first step is to just replace the SonicWall. I
believe I have duplicated the setup, but am unable to connect. Does
anyone know if I would need to do anything special, like specifying a
computer name, etc. when connecting to Mediacom?
