If you're keeping the same NICs, then it should be just
a case of moving everything to the new PC and booting.

If you are changing NICs (or if you have PCI NICs and
you don't put them in the new machine in the same order
that they were in the old machine), then you will have
to log in after booting on the new hardware and assign
the NICs to EXTERNAL, PROTECTED, and PSN.
