If you log onto GTA's support website, you can download the latest VPN client
(works with XP):
https://www.gta.com/support/center/logon.php
If you have never used it before, you probably need to create a new account.

Support for a single client session is built into the system and no activation
code is required. For multiple concurrent mobile VPN client sessions, you
need to purchase licenses. (Since you only have two remote users, you can
always just tell them not to log in at the same time.) Try leaving those
fields blank if you decide not to purchase licenses.

Subject: [gb-users] VPN Client conundrum

Hi,
I have a GB-Pro, GB-1000, and 5 RoBOX's that I've bought over the last 3
years. I have never installed (or needed) the VPN client software that came
with the GB-100 and Robox's. Until now.
Now I need to set up two remote users. One is running Win2K Pro, the other
XP pro.
(1)When I try to install on XP, it says it doesn't support it - is there
some kind of upgrade available?

(2)When I try to install on W2K, it asks for a serial number and activation
code. I don't recall receiving any. I've looked thru all the docs, and I
have the auth code info for the RoBox's but nothing for the VPN software.
What can I do?

I've checked the web board, but it is DEAD. Is GTA still alive?
The Gnatbox Web Site has been metamorphosing for months now.
Maybe what we thought was a cocoon is actually a sarcophagus.

TIA,
Mark
