A couple of months ago we installed a GB-Flash running version 3.3.4 and
proved that a user could establish a VPN connection using GBAuth version
3.3.4.

About a month ago we upgraded the firewall to version 3.4.0.

On 12 September we upgraded the user to GBAuth version 3.4.0 and found he
could not establish a VPN connection. After some trial and error we found
that issuing a new SSL certificate resolved this. (Navigate to
Authorisation | Remote Admin/Authentication and click on the "New SSL
Certificate" button).

On 22 September the user reported that the GBAuth key would not connect. It
is not known whether any use was made of the connection in the intervening
period. However, issuing a new SSL certificate again resolved the problem.

Is the SSL Certificate intended to expire like this?

Has anybody else seen similar behaviour?

Regards,
