Has anyone used www.dnsreport.com?

I ran the report again our Domain name and found the following errors
for our mail server which of course is the Gnat e-mail proxy on version
3.4.1. The errors reported are not my words but from the dnsreport server.
"myserver.com" is our domain name.

1. ERROR: I could not connect to one or more of your mailservers:
mail.myserver.com: Connection closed before I received all my data
(state 7). Your mailserver disconnected before it was done! This may be
the result of a non-RFC-compliant mailserver or anti-spam program.

I don't get that error. Slow line / connection?

2. WARNING: One or more of your mailservers may be claiming to be a
host other than what it really is (the SMTP greeting should be a
3-digit code, followed by a space or a dash, then the host name). This
probably won't cause any harm, but may be a technical violation of
RFC821 4.3.

mail.myserver.com claims to be host SMTP.

Get this error to. Gnatbox should have a user field for the HELO name or should retrieve it from DNS (if that's possible at all).
I don't think it will break much but since more and more mailadmins are setting their servers to more paranoid setting to avoid spam it wouldn't hurt to be as RFC compliant as possible.
I'm currently getting my DNS settings corrected by our ISP and am going to bypass the Gnat proxy for just that reason.
