That sounds like a routing issue ... it is a little hard to be specific
since you haven't really explained why you think you would have a problem.

Is that address part of the sub-net shared between the GNATBox and the
ADSL modem? If so, at most you need an outbound rule to allow telnet to
that IP. If it part of the subnet assigned to the PRO, then you have a
problem. Otherwise, if the ADSL modem is configured as the default route
for the GNAT box it should work.
