[gb-users] Does the NTP service need a remote access rule?

Do I need to setup a remote access rule for the NTP serivce (time 
synchronization for the Gnatbox only)?

I'm seeing some connection attempts from my defined timeservers on port 123 
being blocked or could this be just late responses?
