Thanks Thomas that is exactly what I was looking for. I don't need anything as extreme as a load balancer. I just need a method to easily redirect my customers to our backup Internet connection.

So the only thing you have to do then is telling your ISP-provider that the nameservers for your domain are no longer cbru.br.ns.els-gms.att.net & cmtu.mt.ns.els-gms.att.net but ns0.dnsmadeeasy.com & ns1.dnsmadeeasy.com & ns2.dnsmadeeasy.com ...
