I have seen this before and in my case it was a setting in the firewall.
I will see if I can review my (limited) notes for a specific issue on
it.

He was concerned that it detected his internal ip address.



Isn't the Gnatbox supposed to hide this address and only show the
external
interface ip address?



Could this be a spyware issue on the user's machine? He already has all
security/critical updates installed.
