On each end create two address objects, one for local addresses that will use the VPN and one for remote addresses. Add as many subnets to the Address Object as you like.
Under Objects -> VPN Objects, use the "local" address object in the "Local Network" field, and under Authorization -> VPNs, use the "remote" address object in the "Remote Network" field.
