This is the exact same behavior I see... Sometimes it will pick it up if I wait. Sometimes it won't. I don't see any denials in the logs or any weird traffic requests. I've run out of ideas and I'm hoping for some help here. I'm actually surprised none of our clients have said anything about it. I'm managing about 15 GB-Ware boxes in environments likely to contain XM users. I guess they're too busy with iTunes at the moment. LOL
