Thanks for the info, but this applies to an earlier version of the
Checkpoint firewall, not the NG one.

Has anyone got a VPN working between a GBWare v3.7.2 box and a
Checkpoint  NG box?

Can anyone shed any light on making the VPN tunnel work from both ends?

I have every indication on the GnatBox that the tunnel is working -
successfully pinging a router on the remote network, active VPN's listed
for both directions, no errors on verbose logging - but the checkpoint
guys get an error 'no valid SA is in place' when they try to initiate
anything, even when the tunnels are up with the ping running from the
GnatBox end.

Both boxes have other VPN's working to other appliances, so it isn't
anything obvious.

Are we missing a trick?
