Orlando, FL - November 29, 2006: GTA has released GB-OS 4.0 patch
level 3 (ver. 4.0.3) and GB-OS 3.7 patch level 3 (ver. 3.7.3).
GB-OS 4.0 patch level 3 and GB-OS 3.7 patch level 3 are available for
download through the GTA on-line support center as of November 29,
2006 and GB-OS 4.0.3 will be shipped with new products beginning
December 4th, 2006.
These patch releases will include minor enhancements and bug fixes
since the release of GB-OS 4.0.2 and 3.7.2.
One of the key enhancements includes support for a modified runtime
format which will be required for customers who chose to upgrade to
future versions of GB-OS, including GB-OS 5.0 scheduled for release
early 2007.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Customers who wish to upgrade to GB-OS 5.0 when it is
released next year will need to have a valid support contract (or
purchase an upgrade) and be running GB-OS 4.0.3 or GB-OS 3.7.3 prior
to updating to GB-OS 5.0.

Customers whose firewalls are currently registered through GTA's
on-line support center and have GB-OS ver. 4.0 or a current support
contract may download the latest update and retrieve required
activation codes at no charge. Likewise, customers whose firewalls
are currently registered and have GB-OS 3.7 may download the 3.7.3
update and activation codes at no charge. Other customers should
contact GTA sales or their authorized GTA channel partner for
purchase options for the GB-OS 4.0.3 upgrade.
