This is issues seems to be resolved and list is working as expected.

list.dsbl.org is one of the default MAPS address. You can check
this on your firewall by going to Threat Management -> Mail Sentinel
-> Policies and checking your policy for the MAPS being enabled. If
enabled, you can update your MAPS address object located at System
-> Object Editor -> Address Objects.
When we have additional information we will pass this along.
