Hello All, In the GTA online support center (_*https://www.gta.com/support/center/login/*_) you are now able to automatically perform the following actions;
1. Transfer a firewall to another support center account. 2. Remove/decommission a firewall from your support center account. In the past these actions required the involvement of GTA's technical support team; which consumed time and effort. The new facility handles these functions automatically and immediately. An email notification of action will be sent to both parties in the case of a firewall transfer and a single email to the account holder of a firewall that is selected for removal/decommissioning. You will now have the ability to transfer units (or remove/decommission) to different support center accounts 24 hours a day. To access this facility: 1. Login to your support center account. 2. Click the menu item *View You Registered Products* 3. Select the serial number of the firewall you wish to take action on. 4. Click on the link *[ Transfer / Remove ]* in the firewall detail page in the upper left quadrant. 5. Select the desired action on the transfer/remove page and complete the required information. 6. Submit the form. If all information is valid then the selected action will be applied to the firewall selected. An email confirmation will be sent out for both success and failure.
