Reduced testcase, crashes with "-O -ftree-loop-linear":

int a[3];

void foo()
{
    int i, j;

    for (i = 1; i >= 0; --i)
        for (j = i; j >= 0; --j)
            a[i+j] = 0;
}
======================================

Error message:
