------- Additional Comments From kcook at gcc dot gnu dot org 2005-05-25 01:11 ------- > /home/hp/cvs_areas/combined/combined/libstdc++-v3/configure: line 1545: GCC_NO_EXECUTABLES: command not found
This was due to my changes. This error was simply due to a mismatch in aclocal versions back when I was nuking the acconfig.h. Specifically this checkin: http://gcc.gnu.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/gcc/libstdc%2b%2b-v3/configure.diff?r1=1.429&r2=1.430&only_with_tag=MAIN&f=h Note the date corresponds perfectly with the error. It was corrected with the next checkin to configure the next day. Moreover, I updated the documentation to show the automake 1.9.3 requirement, as the GCC_NO_EXECUTABLES macro is using AC_DEFUN_ONCE which aclocal ignored until version 1.9.3. Marking bug as fixed. -- What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|ASSIGNED |RESOLVED Resolution| |FIXED http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=20823
