I think this was fixed by:

* tree-ssa-alias.c (count_ptr_derefs): Do not consider
&PTR->FLD a dereference of PTR.
* tree-ssa-structalias.c (update_alias_info): Consider &PTR->FLD
a potential dereference of PTR.
