PR c++/24513
* parser.c (cp_parser_cache_group): Don't stop if next token
is CPP_PRAGMA_EOL and end is CPP_PRAGMA_EOL as well. If current
token is CPP_PRAGMA, consume everything until CPP_PRAGMA_EOL
inclusive.
* g++.dg/gomp/method-1.C: New test.
