assign_5.f90, assign_6.f, logint-1.f, logint-3.f, 7388.f, and a couple of

* f95-lang.c (gfc_truthvalue_conversion): Use a zero of the correct
integer type when building an inequality.
This bug report is not fully fixed yet though.
