Interesting darwin-fallback.c got the fix:
2005-03-25  Geoffrey Keating  <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

        * config/rs6000/darwin-fallback.c: Don't include <ucontext.h>.
        Use our own structure definitions.

But not the host-darwin.c :).
