* tree.def (BLOCK): Remove documentation about BLOCK_TYPE_TAGS.
(OMP_PARALLEL): Add 3 operands.
(OMP_SECTIONS): Add 1 operand.
(OMP_RETURN_EXPR): Define.
That last define caused this regression.
