I had tested with section anchors turned on for all languages on powerpc-darwin
(except for Ada because it was broken a different way anyways) before I join
SCEA.  I will definitely take a look this long weekend.  I bet someone else
changed something or there is just missing a merge attribute on a section.

Can someone give the assembly difference between before and after rev 113395?
