Hmm:
# Since gcc_tooldir does not exist at build-time, use -B$(build_tooldir)/bin/
build_tooldir = $(exec_prefix)/$(target_noncanonical)
Why do you think this wrong? -B. is suppied first so this is not a bug, the
order of looking for files is the order at which the -B are supplied.
