If you are defining expf with TARGET_C99_FUNCTIONS set to 1, then you have to use -fno-builtin-exp. So just to make sure this is with TARGET_C99_FUNCTIONS set to 1? -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=29094
