This is a working patch for the mainline - GNATLINK is omitted. Note that the only place we use STAGE_PREFIX now is the gnatboot[23] targets in ada/Make-lang.in (which are probably broken anyway - they're not used by the FSF build system). So we might as well remove all traces of it (STAGE_PREFIX). (working patch as in finished building stage2) Note that even for building stage>1 we use the GNATMAKE specified for building stage0, but this "bug" precedes this patch.
